Entering the lobby feels like stepping onto an imaginary pier, leading seamlessly into a multifunctional square that connects indoor and outdoor. Warm beige travertine, reminiscent of sand and peace - just like the nearby shore. Ceiling lighting system and mirror elements expand the view, amplifying natural light and enhancing the openness of the space.

잔잔한 바다를 품은 이곳의 공용 공간은 물처럼 자연스럽게 흐르는 영감을 담아 디자인되었습니다. 로비에 들어서면 마치 부두 위를 걷는 듯한 느낌을 주며, 실내와 야외가 유기적으로 연결된 다기능 광장으로 이어집니다. 따뜻한 베이지색 트라버틴이 모래처럼 포근하고 차분한 분위기를 더하고, 천장 조명과 거울 요소가 공간을 더욱 넓어 보이게 하며 자연광을 극대화해 개방감을 살려줍니다.
